39 years in big box retailing, with JCPenney and the last 13 years with Lowe’s Home Improvement. Tim is now the Merchandising Vice President for Décor at Lowe’s. Tim’s past merchandising assignments at Lowe’s include Window Treatments, Appliances, and Seasonal Living.
