Sarah-Jane Dobson is the Global Head of Product Litigation and Regulatory Risk at Ashurst where she is a Partner in the London office.
She is routinely recognised as a market-leading international product safety lawyer in her field, specialising in product compliance, product safety and liability matters. She works as a trusted advisor to her corporate clients, acting in high-stakes litigation matters, including the highest profile class actions in Europe, and providing commercially-focused regulatory advice in a broad range of sectors across the full product lifecycle. She is also embedded in policy work and is appointed to expert groups for the OPSS and European Commission, and assumes leadership roles in key industry bodies.
With degrees in Science and Law, Sarah-Jane is uniquely placed to provide strategic legal advice that reflects a deep understanding of the complex technical underpinnings of her clients’ product law issues.
Her dual legal qualification in England and Wales and Australia and her time working in the UK, Germany, Australia, Switzerland, Scotland, the Netherlands, and the USA, and her language skills means she is particularly adept at multi-jurisdictional, multi-lingual matters.
