Ron Masciantonio is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & New Business Development at Five
Below, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIVE), one of the fastest-growing value retailers in the world. Catering to tweens, teens, and
beyond, Five Below offers high-quality, trend-right products through more than 1,700 locations across the United States.
Promoted to Executive Vice President in 2024, Ron previously served as Senior Vice President & General Counsel for
over five years, playing a pivotal role in the company’s strategic growth and success.
Before joining Five Below in August 2018, Ron spent nearly 12 years at Destination Maternity Corporation, the
global leader in maternity apparel retail, manufacturing, and wholesale. There, he held various leadership positions,
including Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and General Counsel. His earlier career includes
serving as Assistant General Counsel at Taylor Nelson Sofres, a global market research company headquartered in
London, and as an Associate at the Philadelphia law firm, Pepper Hamilton.
Ron is also deeply committed to philanthropic and industry-focused initiatives. He serves as President and
Director of the Five Below Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting neighborhoods and nonprofit
organizations nationwide. Additionally, he is a Director and Secretary of the Retail Litigation Center, the sole
organization advocating for the retail industry's priorities within the federal and state judiciary.
Previously, Ron served on the Board of Directors for Nerd Street Gamers, a national network fostering esports
opportunities, and as Chair of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey, the largest and most influential
business organization in the region.
Ron holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Temple University School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in English
Literature from Holy Family University.
