James Pollack is a Partner at Marten Law, an environmental law firm based in Seattle, WA. James leads Marten’s consumer products regulatory practice where he helps trusted national brands bring sustainable products to market. He counsels apparel, footwear, outdoor gear, and furniture manufacturers on the complicated regulatory and litigation environments surrounding material inputs, emerging contaminants, green marketing claims, product end of life, packaging, and climate impacts. James also works with industry associations to update membership on regulatory developments.
