About me
Dr. McGann has his degree in Chemistry and has been a consultant at Exponent for 10 years. He advises clients from a diverse set of industries, focusing on matters related to batteries and electronics. His technical support primarily covers product safety, quality, and failure analysis, as well as assisting clients with regulatory compliance, product recalls, and related litigation matters. He serves on the UL Standards Technical Panel for UL 2849 on E-bike safety and the NAATBatt committee for Manufacturing in North America, and is grateful to the organizers for the opportunity to trade Boston’s cold for Orlando’s warmth.
