About me
Jen Mussell is the Sr Manager of Product Safety in the Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance organization at Mattel. Prior to this role, she was a Mattel Quality Engineer working primarily on Fisher-Price baby gear products. Throughout her career, Jen has been focused on making safe toys and juvenile products for the global market. She believes that new product development is most successful when Quality, Safety, and Regulatory partners with Design and Engineering early and often. Jen is a graduate of the University at Buffalo and is a Certified Quality Engineer with ASQ. Before moving to Mattel, Jen worked as a Product Engineer at Bureau Veritas helping small batch manufacturers navigate global product safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
