Andrew is internationally recognised as a leading Australian product liability and class actions lawyer with over three decades of experience defending complex claims across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive, competition, and commercial disputes. A partner in Clayton Utz’s premier product liability practice, Andrew’s strategic guidance and advocacy have shaped the evolution of Australian class action law. Recognised as a Band 1 leading practitioner by, amongst others, Legal 500, Lexology (formerly Who's Who Legal) and Chambers, he is also the joint author of the Australian chapters of Global Legal Group's The International Comparative Legal Guide to Class & Group Actions. Andrew has been an active member of numerous professional associations for, including the Defence Research Institute and the International Association of Defence Counsel, and has twice served as president of Australia’s National Product Liability Association. He has previously served as national head of the Clayton Utz commercial litigation group and currently leads the firm's Forensics and Technology Services practice.
