Breakout 20: Navigating the Digital Landscape: Streamlining CPSC e-Filing for Compliance

The CPSC has approved and finalized the eFiling requirements and effective dates of July 8, 2026 and January 8, 2027. The voluntary period is now underway, allowing for importers to gain access to the Product Registry in advance of the mandatory compliance deadlines.
